- 공연 영상과 문서가 비디오카메라와 개인 하드디스크에 흩어져 있어 밴드의 활동 기록을 찾기 어려웠다.

- 자료를 수집·디지털화하고 연도·기수·공연 단위로 분류해 Notion 데이터베이스에 통합했다.

- 자료 아카이빙, 데이터베이스 구조 설계와 콘텐츠 정리를 담당했다.

- 여러 저장소에 나뉘어 있던 공연 기록을 모바일에서도 검색하고 열람할 수 있는 디지털 아카이브로 정리했다.

비디오카메라와 개인 하드디스크에 흩어져 있던 자료를 수집·디지털화하고, Notion 데이터베이스에 연도·기수·공연별 분류 체계를 만들었다. 여러 저장소를 오가던 기록을 한곳에서 검색하고 열람할 수 있도록 정리했다.

This project organizes several years of performance records from the university band club COSMOS.
Materials from video cameras and personal hard drives were collected, digitized, and classified in a Notion database by year, generation, and performance.
